What is your return policy?

We offer free U.S. exchanges to help you get your perfect fit. You simply select the exchange option and pick your new item from the available options in the drop-down menu. We offer exchanges for size, color, and style within your product category. ( bras for bras, leggings for leggings, etc.) If you wish to receive another product that you do not see in the drop-down menu you will simply return the item and place a new order. We are not able to offer international exchanges at this time. If the items are different prices you will be prompted  to enter your credit card information to complete the exchange or you will be refunded the difference to your original payment method. 

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any eligible items returned to us in perfect condition, unused, with tags within 30 days of your order. You will need your order number and the email address associated with the order to process a return.  All items that are listed as Final Sale will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please keep in mind that all U.S. returns have a $5.95 shipping fee attached, and initial shipping charges are not included in the refund only the purchase price of the items. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred to mail your return. 

All exchanges and returns will receive a pre-paid label to print via email once you complete the return/exchange form in the link above. 

To ensure your exchange item is on the way to you quickly drop off the item as soon as possible because the new item is only sent once the initial order is scanned by USPS as on the way to us. 

Please note that we are unable to refund the postage paid for the initial shipment unless the item is faulty. 

If you received free shipping on your original order, the items you return will affect the shipping rate. If your return is processed and your order goes under $100.00 (US), the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. In this case, the regular shipping rates will be applied to the remaining order amount, meaning that the shipping will be deducted from the refund.
