What is your return policy?

RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+, you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. All refunds are processed to the original payment method.  International orders that do not have Checkout+ can purchase return labels inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.  To return an item purchased from a Target retail location or from Target.com, please reach out to Target directly. 

 

EXCHANGES:  Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase.  If you opt out of Checkout+, we offer two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two even exchanges, or if you select an item that is a different color or product as your exchange, you can purchase a label inside the portal. To be eligible for exchange, all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange. 

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.
An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or a different color of the same item, you will be credited for the amount paid, and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit.  If there is a price difference, you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price. 

International orders are not eligible for exchange. We are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.  To exchange an item purchased from a Target retail location or from Target.com, please reach out to Target directly. 

POPFLEX reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel orders and/or returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive return activity, policy misuse, or activity that falls outside reasonable personal use.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
