What is your return policy?

RETURNS: We accept returns (excluding Final Sale items, gift cards or any food items) within 30 days of purchase on items in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. We recommend wearing underwear when trying on your purchase as any sign of wear will void your ability to return the item. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If multiple pairs of panties are ordered we recommend only opening one pair to ensure fit. Your initial shipping charges and optional easy returns fee will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. Food items cannot be returned. To return an item purchased from a Target retail location or from Target.com, please reach out to Target directly. 

EXCHANGES:  Customers in the U.S.  who participate in Easy Returns can make as many exchanges as needed on the items within the order to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit if there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.  If you do not select easy returns we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  To make additional exchanges you can purchase a label at the applicable shipping rate within the returns/exchange portal. RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING: If you purchased “Easy Returns” at checkout, you will receive a free return or exchange label inside our return portal when submitting your return request. If you did not purchase “Easy Returns” you can purchase your return or exchange label in the portal. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Customers outside of the U.S. are liable for return shipping. International shoppers may submit their return through our portal and purchase a label. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs fees.
